- CDRL A002 CDRL A001 DFARS 252.209-7991 Schedule with SOW This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is for professional computer scientist and engineer level training to address Digital Radio Frequency Memory (DRFM) technology, in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. This serves as notice that the Air Force intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source (Georgia Institute of Technology-Professional Education) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Reason for Sole Source: Georgia Institute of Technology-Professional Education is the only known provider of the course subject material that is capable of satisfying AF training objectives and possessing the appropriate security clearance. GIT-PE has successfully provided these training courses in the past. Requested training dates are 8-11 Mar 2016 and 2-5 Aug 2016. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Warner Robins GA 31088). In addition to price, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and completed DFARS 252.209-7991 representation. Quotations should be emailed to Becky Cochran (rebecca.cochran@us.af.mil) no later than 5 Feb 2016, 4:00 pm EST. The anticipated award date is 12 Feb 2016.
