- W912DQ-16-D-4000 BASE, 8(a) SATOC: The work to be performed includes, but is not limited to sustainability, renovation, and modernization design-build or design-bid-build construction projects at Fort Riley, Kansas and surrounding areas. The SATOC will have a total contract capacity of $30 million and will consist of a three year base period. No individual task order shall exceed $4 million. W912DQ-16-D-4000-0001 Seed Task Order, Custer Hill Pool: The work includes construction for the repair/replacement of the Custer Hill swimming pool. The Custer Hill Pool features include a main swimming pool, children's pool and pool pump house. Facility equipment and systems shall be provided as part of the contract. Supporting facilities include demolition; lighting; paving, walks, storm drainage; utilities and connections; signage and overall site improvements. Access for individuals with disabilities will be provided. The project location will be at Fort Riley, Kansas.
