- Attachment 5 - Wage Determination Attachment 4 - Vehicle Signs Form Attachment 3 - Appendix B (Maps 48-69) Attachment 2 - Appendix B (Maps 24-47) Attachment 1 - Appendix B (Maps 1-23) Solicitation The St. Louis District Corps of Engineers intends to procure a contract that will furnish all equipment, material, supplies and labor required to perform vegetative control, tree planting and grounds maintenance at Rend Lake in Benton, Illinois in recreational and administration areas and/or other areas set forth in the attached appendices as specified herein and as directed by the Contracting Officer or his/her authorized representative. The terms "Vegetative Control" and "Grounds Maintenance" include, but are not limited to mowing, trimming, and brush removal. Performance will be a base year with four (4) option years. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract type, in a not to exceed in the amount of $1.5M over the entire contract period. This procurement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and is open to only small businesses classified under the NACIS Code 561730 (Reference http://www.census.gov/eos/www/naics/). The size standard is $7.5M. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM). Register via the SAM website at https://sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.
