This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the government's intent to award of firm fixed price purchase order, small business set aside, on a sole source basis to PROAIM Americas, LLC., d/b/a: PROAIM Medical, P.O. Box 724 Grover, MO. 63040 pursuant to FAR PART 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, Cincinnati, OH procured Zeiss HFA 750i visual field analyzer replacements for VA Medical Center Cleveland, VA Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) on a sole source basis, utilizing FAR Part 13 procedures. This is not a solicitation and does not constitute a commitment or an obligation by the government. This notice is not a request for offers, quotes or proposals. See attached J&A.
