- Attachment J-1 thru J-26 Draft Solicitation 2016-R-025 To: Qualified Sources/Prospective Offerors: Subject: Comments Requested on Draft Solicitation Reference: Solicitation 2016-R-025 The United States Senate Office of the Sergeant at Arms (SAA) is seeking comments from qualified sources/prospective offerors on the attached draft Solicitation 2016-R-025, entitled "Constituent Services Systems III (CSS III), and Section J Attachments J-1 through J-26. Comments shall be submitted in writing by electronic mail to my attention at acquisitions@saa.senate.gov and must be received no later than 12:00 Noon EST on February 12, 2016. The comments will not be responded to and may be incorporated in the final Solicitation. Please note that this letter is not an integral part of the solicitation.
