- Requirement This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial its prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation constitutes the only solicitation: quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-82. The reference number is HSFLAR-16-Q-00014 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) unless otherwise indicated herein. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 332992. The size standard is 1000. Set aside for small business. The DHS Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Located at 1300 W. Richey Ave., Artesia, New Mexico 88210 has a requirement for: Brand Name, attached is the Justification and Approval. CLIN 001 Pistol Magazine, P-22, 357 Sig. 12 rounds, Quantity 400 each. Include shipping cost if applicable. Required delivery March 7th, 2016. Partial delivery is acceptable.
