- The Department of the Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific) intends to issue Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. N66001-16-T-0074 for the award of a Cost-Plus Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract using simplified acquisition procedures. The contract will provide Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services (CANES) Hyper-Converged Infrastructure Innovation Pilot (CHIIP) Server Configuration Automation Software Development support. The software automates the creation of ESXi 6.0 U2 media, the installation and configuration of the vCenter Server Appliance (VCSA) 6.0 U2, configuration of VMWare VSAN 6.1, and the creation of stretch cluster design with 2 fault domains and a witness through VCSA. This is a 100% small business set-aside, with no follow-on awards anticipated. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541330 with a size standard of $38.5 million. The estimated level-of-effort for the total requirement is 515 labor hours. A Draft Performance Work Statement is attached to this synopsis. A Bidders Mailing List will not be established and hard copies of documents will not be provided. The solicitation will only be available electronically on the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command E-Commerce Web Page at https://e- commerce.sscno.nmci.navy.mil/, under SSC Pacific - Open Solicitations.
