- III Marine Expeditionary Force (III MEF) Program Support Services for III MEF Surgeon's Office, Okinawa, Japan This is a Solicitation notice for commercial per FAR 2.101. A separate written solicitation M67400-16-T-0002 has been issued. This solicitation document and inccorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-23 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. DFPAS Rating is DO-C9D. This is a total small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System code is 561110 and the business size standard is NET 7.5 million. This procurement constitutes ITEM 0001 Support Service, ITEM 0002 ODC TRAVEL of a Base Year, with ITEM 1001, 1002, 2001, and 2002 for two (2) one-year option periods. The Contractor shall provide program support services to the III MEF Surgeon and his/her staff, as well as the III MEF Medical Executive Committee (MEC), in order to facilitate the implementation and coordination of the command's credentials review process for the evaluation, delineation, proper granting and reappraisal of clinical privileges for health care providers and clinical support staff assigned. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. Responsible Offerors must be active in the System Award Management (SAM) in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004 unless you qualify under an exemption. DUNS, TIN and CAGE Code must be written on submitted proposal.
