- Exhibits A - E Attachment II - Totals Attachment I, Specification Solicitation SF 1442 Bid Label Cover Letter 1. The contract is for repair, installation and replacement of flooring within buildings in the USAG Ansbach Military Community. 2. The solicitation will result in an ID/IQ contract with a guaranteed amount of €3,500 for the entire contract period and an estimated maximum contract value of €745,000. 3. Contract Period: 23 May 2016 - 22 May 2021 4.Thirty (30)% of the work must be performed by the prime contractor. 5. The solicitation will be issued on or about 08 February 2016 with an anticipated closing date of approximately 08 March 2016. The solicitation will be at the following website: https://www.fbo.gov/. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon parties to review the website frequently for any updates/amendments. 6. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by the RCO Bavaria. 7. Work will be performed in Germany and contractor must comply with German law (e.g. authorization to do business in Germany). 8. Only local sources are solicited in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(12).
