- NAICS Code is 334511. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division- Picatinny Detachment (NSWC IHEODTD), Indian Head Maryland, intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order on a sole source basis to L-3 KEO, Northampton, MA 01060. The contractor shall provide long lead parts for the MK20 Electro Optic Sensor Systems (EOSS). This purchase order will be negotiated with L-3 KEO as they are the only known vendor that can provide these items.
