The purpose of this notice is to solicit industry's comments regarding the DRAFT Tailored Airworthiness Certification Criteria (TACC) for the Advanced Pilot Training (APT) Program. 2. Originally, FBO instructions were to enter Gate 19B at 8:00am on 5 May 2015. Newly enforced policy has changed handling of foreign nationals as they enter WPAFB. Please enter Gate 1B on Springfield Street at 8:00am on 5 May 2015. There is a small parking lot to the immediate right, next to the security guard building. Park in that lot and a US Government escort will provide transportation in a separate vehicle to building 840 where the conference is to be held.
