- Sole Source Justification The Federal Bureau of Investigation intends to sole source to Sinergy Corp. for Fault Tolerant System Wireless Internet Access at FOB site and Video Surveillance Wireless Internet Access Solution at GSA Center Offsite. This is a continuation of current services. Sinergy has the unique capability of providing redundant internet service to ensure uninterrupted service. They provide 99% percent up time. Additionally, Sinergy provides scalable bandwidth within one business day, a service no other local ISP can provide. This is crucial for the San Juan Division due to the multiple large scale arrests and Command Posts where bandwidth needs to be increased in a whim to support FLIR video, mobile command post operations and large CPs. This is a local business set aside. No vendors outside of Puerto Rico will be considered. This requirement is for the San Juan Division HQ. A Base plus 4 year option year BPA will be established for these services. Per FAR 5.207(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All capability statements or quotes shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer David P. Yates by email. The email address is David.Yates@ic.fbi.gov.
