- Description
- The Bureau of Reclamation, Acquisition Operations Group, Denver, Colorado, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Williams Equipment for the Premium Mainline System Package including Orpheus Camera #341702, T76 Tractor #348459, Power Cable Reel #353272, and Two Days Training, along with installation to a Government Vehicle. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 USC 2304 (c) (1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Responsible sources may submit technical capability statement along with business profile to Contract Specialist, Mai Dailey at mdailey@usbr.gov by 11:00 AM MT, February 1, 2016, which shall be considered by the Agency. Any information received will be treated as market research information for future of same or similar requirements. The Contracting Office reserves the right to pursue the sole source negotiation or complete the requirement based on information received. Quotations or proposals received in response to this notice will not be accepted since THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTES.
