- The Program Executive Office - Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (PEO C4I), Undersea Integration Program Office (PMW 770), is seeking information from industry for the design of full duplex optical communications payloads to communicate between an aircraft and undersea systems or between two undersea systems. PEO C4I may use this information to help influence future product investments and to support the Department of Navys investment policy.
