- Army Contracting Command (ACC-RI) hereby notifies industry of Solicitation W9098S-16-T-0084 in support of Rock Island Arsenal Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC). Solicitation W9098S-16-T-0084 is for the following item: Welding Wire, ER140S-1, Low-Alloy Steel,.040 Inch Dia. This solicitation is set aside for 100% Small Business. The anticipated solicitation release date is : 29 January 2016. Responses to solicitation due no later than: 8 February 2016. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download a copy via FBO on or after the anticipated solicitation release date listed above. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Government.
