Description

SOLE SOURCE SOLICITATION FOR SPM4A8-16-Q-0030 HAAS VERTICAL MACHINING CENTERS FOR CHERRY POINT, NC. DLA Aviation Richmond is issuing a solicitation to procure three each of a Vertical Machining Centers. The solicitation is intended to result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract with completion requested in 180 days ARO. Request for Quote SPM4A8-16-Q-0030 is Sole Source, Other than Full and Open Competition for HAAS Vertical Machining Centers. A complete technical package, DLA-A-VIBB-15-16-1044, including all design, fabrication, supplies, installation, and training requirements is included as a part of the solicitation. FOB at Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. The solicitation will issue on about January 28, 2016 and close February 29, 2016. This synopsis serves to meet the requirements to post solicitations as the RFQ is NOT available on DIBBS. The solicitation will be issued and evaluation performed utilizing FAR 13.5 under the guidance of the Permanent Authority for Use of Simplified Acquisition Procedures. 13. Archiving Policy: Automatic /15 days after response date.
