- This is a pre-solicitation notice only. No responses are requested to this notice. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued approximately Feb 2016. The date, time and meeting place for the pre-proposal conference will be identified in the solicitation. Requirement description: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, vehicles, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform all operation, maintenance and repair tasks and functions as defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Services shall be provided at buildings 90, 428, 626, 731, 850, 853, 859, 910, 912 and 920, Kadena Air Base, Okinawa. The anticipated solicitation number is FA5270-16-R-0006. Performance anticipated beginning on 01 Oct 2016 for one (1) basic year plus four (4) option years. No set-aside is anticipated for this acquisition. This project will be performed in its entirety in the country of Japan. The successful offeror must be licensed and registered to perform work in the country of Japan.
