- The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey hereby issues this Request for Information (RFI) for the EC2M Army Knowledge Online-Enterprise Services (AKO-ES) capabilities. This is a Request for Information (RFI) only, as defined in FAR 15.201(e). This RFI is for information and planning purposes only; it is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. It does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or promises to issue an RFP in the future. Responses to this notice shall not be construed as offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative cost incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Not responding to this RFI will not preclude participation to any future RFP if issued. ALL QUESTIONS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED NLT FRIDAY, 29 JANUARY 2016, 5PM, EST.
