- Description
- The purpose of this Sources Sought/Request for Information (RFI) is to identify sources capable of converting ImageWare v4.1.img.mdf and.ldf files into common and readable non-ImageWare format. Documents must be output to readable individual files (e.g., PDF, TIFF, DOC or JPEG). Individual contractors must have knowledge of Document Management Systems (DMS) & Structured Query Language (SQL). Knowledge of DMS to include but not limited to Imageware software. When responding to this RFI you shall include Pamphlets, Capability Statement, etc. that shows your capabilities with DMS and SQL. Also needed would be a lead time for this effort. To assist you in providing the lead time for retrieving and putting data into a readable format please estimate for 161 GB of ImageWare v4.1 data. In addition please include your company name, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code and/or DUNS, contractor point of contact email, and business size (large or small firm). Respond NO LATER THAN 3:00 P.M. 01 Feb 2016 by email to Trisha Allers at patricia.e.allers.civ@mail.mil. No phone calls will be accepted. This is a market survey for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a Request for Quote or as an obligation on the part of the Government. The Government does not intend to award a purchase order on the basis of this market survey or otherwise pay for information solicited. Rock Island Arsenal-Joint Manufacturing and Technology Center (RIA-JMTC) will only utilize the information you provide in developing its acquisition approach for future requirements.
