- Sole sources A notice of intent to sole source synopsis (special notice) will be posted on FBO to notify the public of the Government's intent to make a sole source award at the Naval Medical Ctr, Portsmouth, VA (NMCP). This is for surgical supplies that the surgeon has deemed necessary for patient care and the surgeon's diagnosis for patient's plan of care. Any deviation from the specifications of these products will increase risk to the patients and is unacceptable to the Government. Surgery dates: 2/8/2016; 2/12/2016 and 3/17/2016.
