- PLEASE NOTE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH 31 U.S.C. §5136, NO PROVISIONS OF LAW GOVERNING PROCUREMENT OR PUBLIC CONTRACTS ARE APPLICABLE TO THE PROCUREMENT OF GOODS OR SERVICES NECESSARY FOR CARRYING OUT THE UNITED STATES MINT PROGRAMS AND OPERATIONS. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION, REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) or PROPOSAL (RFP). This Sources Sought notice is for informational and planning purposes, only. This announcement is strictly intended for market research and shall not be construed as a solicitation, obligation or commitment by the Government. The U.S. Mint at West Point is seeking responsible businesses capable of meeting the requirement outlined in this notice. The anticipated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 333924, Industrial Truck, Tractor, Trailer, and Stacker Machinery Manufacturing, with a Small Business Size Standard of 750 Employees. The U.S. Mint at West Point is seeking equipment that meets or exceeds the following Forklift Model: MARIOTTI MX 16 AC.
