- Description
- This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 21,117 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 21,117 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and fifty-eight ( 58) surface parking spaces using Succeeding Lease practices for a new lease for the DHS Citizenship and Immigration Service. The lease has been awarded to the Hess Creek, LLC in Sausalito, CA. Commencing June 1, 2016 through May 31, 2031, the U.S. Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $708,679.93 at the rate of $59,056.66 per month. Said rent shall consist of a shell rental in the amount of $387,919.29 annually, an operating rent of $205,046.07 annually. The lease terms are set at 15 years / 10 years firm. GSA may terminate this lease after May 31, 2026 with 90 days written notice to the Lessor.
