Description

Specifications This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for custom 1040 boxes to include purchase and delivery in accodance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and written solicitation will not be issued. This will be a 9 month contract ending October 2016. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-86 effective December 31,2015. This requirement is set aside totally for a Women owned small business as per registration in www.sam.gov The associated NAICS code and small business size standards are 322211 and 500 employees respectively. Pricing to include delivery and specify per piece price or pallet price for 700 pieces per pallet. Proposals and pricing will be emailed to brian.j.leo@irs.gov
