- Source Sought W9124M-16-R-0011 The Mission and Installation Contracting Command -Center Fort Bragg (MICC-C-FB) is issuing a sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify eligible 8(a) firms having an interest and the resources to support a requirement for recycling services in support of Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield Georgia, as identify below. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 562111 Solid Waste Collection size standard $38.5 million. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor shall provide recycling services at the Fort Stewart, Georgia, and Hunter Army Airfield (HAAF), Georgia. The Contractor shall collect, transport, offload, separate, process, bale/warehouse, weigh all recyclable materials, as a raw material in a manner that constitutes recycling as defined in, and in compliance with the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA). The Contractor shall transport all recyclable materials to the Fort Stewart Processing Station, Fort Stewart Recycling Center, or Hunter Army Airfield Recycling Center. The Contractor shall operate three recycle facilities and ensure all recyclable materials are properly segregated, stored, and prepared for sale. The Government is not requesting technical/management proposals. If your company is an 8(a) business certified by the Small Business Administration (SBA) and has the potential capacity to perform these contract services, please provide the following information: 1)Company name and Address 2)Point of Contact with Phone number and email address 3)Business size, i.e. Small Business and category/Large Business, etc 4)DUNS Number and CAGE Code 5)Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability no more than 4 pages. Cover sheet not included in page count. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice. Information provided will not be used as a part of any subsequent solicitation requirement. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
