- Sketch of Line Item 6 Specifications Bid Schedule This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Requirement: Structural Steel Plates for Miter Gate Repairs. Questions will be accepted in writing, as directed by the solicitation, until 11:00 AM EST on Tuesday, February 02, 2016. Questions received after this deadline will be addressed at the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Deadline for submission of quotes is 11:00 AM EST on Thursday, February 11, 2016.
