- MICC Forecast Forum 2016 Mission and Installation Contracting Command - Fort Bliss is hosting a "Acquisition Forecast Open House" with representatives from Fort Bliss, TX and White Sands Missile Range, NM who will be providing their requirements forecast opportunities for 2016. The event will be taking place on February 23, 2016, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm at the El Paso Community College Administrative Services Center Auditorium, located at 9050 Viscount Blvd. Bldg. A, El Paso, TX 79925. There is no fee to attend but pre-registration is recommended.
