- Description
- The Missile Defense Agency has a Visual Information and Production Centers (VIPC) requirement under the Technical, Engineering, Advisory, and Management Support (TEAMS) acquisitions. This requirement includes: (1) Visual Production and Design; (2) Visual Information Analysis; (3) Video Design and Production and Photography; and (4) VIPC Administration. The Presolicitation Notice for VIPC was initially posted on September 17, 2015 under Solicitation Number HQ0147-15-R-0010. The Solicitation number for VIPC has been changed to HQ0147-16-R-0006. This procurement is set aside for small business concerns. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541611 (Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services); Small Business Size Standard is $15,000,000. It is anticipated that award will result in a single Cost-Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF) completion-type contract with a three-year base and two one-year options. Award will be made based on Best Value to the Government. All responsible small business offerors may submit an offer. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Offerors may obtain information on registration in the SAM at https://www.sam.gov. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be available at Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) at www.fbo.gov on/or about February 1, 2016. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation may be accessed electronically only via the FedBizOpps website. Offerors are responsible for routinely checking the FedBizOpps website for any possible solicitation amendments that may be issued. Proposals will be due 30 days after the solicitation is issued.
