Description
Issue a solicitation for a long-term strategic IAW Basic Non Gov't STD SAE AS1895/4D, Revision NR DTD 10/7/2006, Part piece number: AS1895/4-300S, which will include one NSN: 5342-01-160-2368, Coupling, Clamp Grooved. The proposed action is intended to be awarded competitively. This item is solicited as Small Business Set-Aside. Terms are FOB Destination and Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. This item is Government First Article Testing and has critical item apply. This item is not a commercial item. This item is a stock item. Requested delivery is 268 Days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for one-year period with provisions included to extend the term of the contract up to four (4) options year period. The estimated annual quantity is 339 each per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 85 each (base year only) and a total contract maximum quantity of 2,600 each over the 5 years. The minimum delivery order is 85 each and the maximum delivery order quantity is 339 each. Surge requirements are not applicable. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be February 10, 2016. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
