- Amendment 7 1) The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) Philadelphia, PA site is soliciting for the procurement of Electric Load Banks. This solicitation is expected to result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order with delivery date of 9 months from contract award. The acquisition is for various Load Banks as identified in Section B. The requirement will be processed in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items and FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. This is an unrestricted, full and open competitive procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is (334515), Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. Award will be made on the basis of the lowest priced proposal. THE SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT ONLY. No CDs or hard copies will be provided. Offerors must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) website at https://www.sam.gov/partal/public/SAM/. Additionally, the closing date for the receipt of proposals will be established in the solicitation. 2) As of 10/13/15 - this RFQ has been re-opened with a new closing date of 11/03/2015. 3) Amendment 2 - Extension and Q&A 4) Amendment 3 - this RFQ has been re-opened with a new closing date of 01/07/2016 5) Amendment 4 - This RFQ has been extended to 01/21/2016, a revised spec has been added and Q&A 6) Amendment 5 (Due to a technical glitch it says 6) - Q&A 7) Amendment 7 - Re-open with a closing date of 02/09/2016.
