- Bid Schedule Specifications This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This notice is a request for quotations, numbered W911WN-16-Q-2801. This notice is issued as unrestricted; this solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-85 (eff. 04 Jan 16). The contract line item numbers (bid schedule) are provided in Appendix A and the specifications are provided in Appendix B. Items to be procured under this notice are Underwater Concrete and Self Consolidated Concrete. Delivery will be made (FOB Destination) to two locations: 1) Emsworth Lock and Dam, 0 Western Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15202-1708; and 2) Montgomery Lock and Dam, 100 Montgomery Dam Rd., Monaca, PA 15061-2221 in accordance with the Delivery Schedule identified in Appendix B. The following clauses and provisions apply to this acquisition: 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items; Offers will be reviewed to ensure they comply with the specifications in Appendix B. Offers which comply will then be evaluated, and an award will be made to the lowest priced offeror. 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items; All offers must include a completed copy of this provision. 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items Provisions and clauses can be viewed in their entirety at www.farsite.hill.af.mil This is not a rated order under the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS). Offers are due NLT Friday, 05 February 2016 at 12:00PM.
