- Amendment 3 - Questions and Answers 2 Amendment 3: Questions and Answers 2 - Posted 26 January 2016 Amendment 2: Questions and Answers 1 - Posted 22 January 2016 Amendment 1: Updated Office Schematic - Posted 20 January 2016 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written request for quotations will not be issued. (1) W912ES-16-T-0034 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (2) The RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-84, Effective 05 Oct 2015. (3) This RFQ is being conducting using restricted competition, 100% small business set-aside, under NAICS code 337214, size standard 500 employees. (4) Contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure, (including option(s), if applicable): See W912ES-16-T-0034. (5) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: See W912ES-16-T-0034. (6) Contact Laura Nabity at laura.d.nabity@usace.army.mil for information regarding the RFQ. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking office furniture including delivery and installation services for five office spaces within a 2,086 SF suite located in Brookfield, Wisconsin. All five offices require U-shaped work stations with an additional table and chair set in the fifth office. Total price shall include all needed hardware, brackets, end unit supports, components, installation, and delivery. The office furniture shall be in a neutral light color, have a visually appealing appearance, match and coordinate, be void of any sharp-edged components, and be suited for smooth transitions from open plan workstations to private offices to collaborative areas. The colors, patterns, materials, finishes, and fabrics shall maintain an aesthetic appeal that integrates design and craftsmanship. See solicitation for additional specifications and information. All of the office furniture shall be delivered and installed within 30 calendar days of contract award.
