- The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, Grand Coulee Power Office has a need for construction services to replace impellers and perform stator rewinds on units P5 and P6 of the John W. Keys III, Pump-Generating Plant, Grand Coulee Dam, Washington. The worksite is located near the city of Coulee Dam, Washington and is in Grant County.
