- This notice is a sources sought notice, not a request for quotation. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is looking for sources taht would be interested in a 2-Year (1 Base and 1 Option) IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity) contract for Circuit "D"cable assemblies of various lengths manufactuered via Teledyne (DG Obrien) drawing number 1380068 REV A. At this time, the only known source of this material is Teledyne (DG OBrien) based on NAVSEA requirement to utlize the OEM. It has been recorded that Teledyne is the sole owner of the drawings used to manufacture the parts list and does not use distributors/dealers.
