This item is Source-Restricted to the above company and the award is expected to be made to that company. Boeing has a Basic Order Agreement (BOA) established with the Government so a RFP Letter will be issued to Boeing and no Solicitation will be issued to DIBBS unless additional inquiries are made to the Acquisition Specialist. This requirement was authorized by purchase request 0061718016 and solicit as Unrestricted for CAGE 77272, The Boeing Company. A Request for Proposal (RFP), SPE4A7-16-R-1516, issued to establish a Definite Quantity Firm Fixed Price type contract; on NSN 1620-00-107-4529, Drag Link, Landing Gear for 54 each. Item is Critical Application and export controlled. Item is not commercial nor Critical/Flight Safety as of 01/26/2016. Item is in accordance with Part Number 114L2329-2 requirements. DLA Aviation Richmond does not have adequate data nor rights to the data. Required delivery objective is 450 days total. Delivery of production requested at FOB Point @ Origin with Inspection & Acceptance at Origin. Progress Payments are not authorized for this purchase.
