- The Kenai Fjords National Park (KEFJ) support vessel the M/V Serac is a 53 ¿ live aboard vessel, built by Modutech Marine Inc. in 1992. Moisture has made its way through numerous deck penetrations, into the balsa core creating a number of soft spots on the decks. Repairs to these areas as well as bid option repairs (listed below) are being proposed to bring the vessel back to top level performance.
