Description

PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to issue Request for Lease Proposal (RLP) VA249-15-R-0403. The VA desires to lease sufficient square footage of real property to yield up to approximately 15,725 net usable square feet (NUSF) of space to include 100 parking spaces for use as a Community Based Outpatient Clinic in the New Albany/Clarksville Indiana area. The VA will consider space located in an existing building as well as new construction. Space must be located on one (1) or no more than two (2) contiguous floors and comply with all current applicable Federal, State, and Local government building codes and regulations including, but not limited to, fire and life safety, accessibility, sustainability, OSHA, and seismic protection standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be within the 100 year flood plain. A lease term up to ten (10) years will be considered. Space must be located within a five (5) mile radius of the intersection of Grant Line Road and Mt. Tabor Road, North of the Ohio River, and within the US 9th Congressional District. This is a pre-solicitation notice published subsequent to expressions of interest received in response to Sources Sought Notice VA249-15-AP-1691. All site visits have been completed.
