- Advertising opportunities at March Air Reserve Base. 2016 MARB Air Fest Sponsorship Opportunities 2016 March Field AirFest March Air Reserve Base is excited to announce the March Field AirFest 2016 This two day event will take place on April 16-17, 2016 and will feature the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds. This AirFest is sure to be a memorable event as there has not been an airshow at March ARB since 2012! Our Commercial Sponsorship program can not only help expose your business to over 400,000 attendees during the two-day AirFest, but also 9,500 personnel at March Air Reserve Base and over 50,000 Retirees within a 50 mile radius of the base by becoming a year-round supporter. Sponsorship is fundamental to the success of this event. March ARB invites you to join in supporting the 2016 March Field AirFest by becoming a commercial sponsor. Sponsorship may take the form of monetary or in-kind contributions. This is a great opportunity to increase awareness of your business or build client relations with military consumers. This program can allow you the opportunity to not only reach a stable and highly paid workforce, but also allow you the ability to receive some great benefits for your support. In appreciation for your sponsorship, your company will receive public recognition and exposure. The level of exposure is determined by the level of sponsorship, with all sponsors prominently acknowledged throughout the event. Sponsor exposure may include name and logo recognition on all event print media, including posters, signage, and banners. More than one sponsor may be accepted. Request for copies of this solicitation must be received no later than February 15, 2016. All offers will be considered. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship by a non appropriated fund instrumentality of the United States Government and does not obligate appropriated funds of the Government.
