- Amendment 002 Questions & Answers - SB1341-16-RQ-0122 Amendment 002 SB1341-RQ-0122 Attachment II - Statement of Work AMENDMENT 002: The purposes of this amendment are as follows: 1. ) To respond to questions posed by potential Offerors regarding the solicitation. The official responses to these questions are detailed in the attachment titled "Amendment 002 Questions & Answers - SB1341-16-RQ-0122;" 2.) To amend the Attachment II - Statement of Work as a result of a question posed by a potential Offeror; and 3.) To extend the response deadline of the solicitation to Friday, January 29, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. END TEXT --- AMENDMENT 001: The purpose of this amendment is to change the NAICS code for the procurement as follows: FROM: 541519 - Other Computer Related Services TO: 541519 - Other Computer Related Services - Information Technology Value Added Resellers. As a result of this amendment, the small business size standard is hereby changed FROM $27.5M TO 150 employees. END TEXT --- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6-STREAMLINED PROCEDURES FOR EVALUATION AND SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS-AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTATIONS ARE BEING REQUESTED, AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION DOCUMENT WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This solicitation is a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-86-1, effective January 1, 2016. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541519 - Other Computer Related Services - Information Technology Value Added Resellers. The small business size standard is 150 employees. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. Simplified acquisition procedures will be utilized. This is a brand name only requirement.
