- DOCUMENTS TO BE RETURNED WITH OFFER CAN BE FOUND UNDER 'CONTENT OF BID PACKAGE' IN THE SOLICITATION. The U.S. Department of Commerce (USDOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric and Administration (NOAA's) and the Atlantic Oceanographic and Meteorological Laboratory in Miami, FL has a need for lawn care services (base plus(4) option years) This is a small business set-aside. The NAICS code for this action is 561730. Business size standard not to exceed $7.5M. This service is being procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12 Commercial Items. The Eastern Acquisition Division (EAD) requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in SAM. For additional information and to register access the following website: http://www.sam.gov/. In order to register with the SAM and to be eligible to receive an award, all offerors must have a Dun & Bradstreet Number. The Government requires all contractors submit their Certification and Representation in SAM. The SAM website is the single source for vendor data for the Federal Government.
