- AMENDMENT: The following are responses to questions submitted under this CSS: -Q1: In regards to [stated] request, according to the dates, you do NOT need any lodging on the night of the 17th, correct? --ANSWER: That is not correct. The 25 double rooms would be needed the night of the 17 FEB. -Q2: [Deleted] Would you consider using two hotel venues if they were within walking distance of each other? --ANSWER: We will consider hotels that are within walking distance of each other up to, but not exceeding 200 yards. -Q3: We have the availability but we only have [#] double rooms. The remaining rooms would need to be king w/sofa beds. [Will] this automatically disqualifies us. --ANSWER: Sofa beds are not acceptable substitutes and this offer will be considered technically unacceptable and will not be considered. -Q4: Please confirm that the total number of room nights required is 945 as calculated below Feb 5 - 90 Feb 6 - 105 Feb 7 - 105 Feb 8 - 105 Feb 9 - 25 Feb 10 - 25 Feb 11 - 25 Feb 12 - 25 Feb 13 - 25 Feb 14 - 25 Feb 15 - 25 Feb 16 - 25 Feb 17 - 25 Feb 18 - 105 Feb 19 - 105 Feb 20 - 105 Feb 21 - Check out --ANSWER: The numbers of rooms are correct. Total is 945 -Q5: Regarding the 3 Star Rating criteria...Which travel rating system will you be using to determine if a property is 3 Star or not? Expedia and AAA are the primary directories, and both use a 5 point scale, but there are many differences. For example, the Fairfield Inn Wichita is rated 2 Stars by Expedia, but 3 Diamonds by AAA. --ANSWER: AAA
