- amendment 0006 The Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) intends to award a contract on a competitive basis to administer critical functions of the National Language Service Corps (NLSC), a major activity of the National Security Education Program (NSEP). A detailed description of the requirement, CLINs, proposal submission instructions, and all provisions, clauses, and addenda that apply to this acquisition can be found in the attached solicitation. The solicitation number is H98210-16-R-0004 and issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circulars 2005-84 effective 05 Oct 2015 and DPN 20151001 effective 01 Oct 2015. This requirement is being advertised on an unrestricted basis. The NAICS code is 541612 and the small business size standard is $15 million. Contract award type shall be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. The period of performance shall be date of award through twelve months with two six-month option periods. Offerors shall submit their proposals in accordance with the submission instructions contained in the solicitation no later than (NLT) 10:00 AM Eastern on 28 Jan 2016. Proposals received after this due date/time will not be considered by the Government. Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation, all of its supporting documents, and any applicable amendments posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) at http://www.fbo.gov. Amendments may be posted to FedBizOpps up until the response due date.
