- P16PS00427 - PULL Detail Apartment Rental, Chicago, IL SOURCES SOUGHT DATE ISSUED: 26 January 2016 The National Park Service requests information from small business vendors registered as small businesses under NAICS 531110 Lessors of Residential Buildings and Dwellings, with a size standard of $27.5M. Vendors interested in submitting a quote for this requirement should send a Statement of Qualifications and/or possible apartment meeting the below requirements. Submit information to the Contracting Officer, Ms. Terri Dyke, at terri_dyke@nps.gov, NLT 5:00 pm CT on 28 January 2016. The Government is seeking for a one bedroom, furnished/corporate apartment in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Chicago, IL. Apartment must include the following: -Living area/room shall be furnished with, at minimum, a sofa, cocktail table, end table with lamp, and television. -Bedroom shall have a minimum queen bed, nightstand, chest/dresser, lamp or overhead lighting, hangars, and clock radio. -Dining room/area shall have a dining table or a bar with bar height seating. -Furnished with linens (bedding, pillows, bedspread, bath towels, bath rug, shower curtain & liner) and housewares (minimum two trash cans, dinnerware, glassware, flatware, cutlery set, cookware, toaster, coffee maker, dish towels, pot holders, vacuum, broom and dust pan, iron with ironing board, manual can opener, mixing bowls, and measuring cup/spoons) -Utilities included -Wi-fi included -Indoor facilities for exercising -Located in Hyde Park neighborhood -Onsite parking included -At or below the bureau approved reduced per diem rate of $118.00/day -Pet friendly - two dogs (lab mixes) weighting 25 and 45 lbs. -Inclusive of all fees (application fee, security deposits, Industrial Funding Fee) Desired move-in date: 7 Feb 2016.
