- Sources Sought for Solicitation No. R16PS00317 - Pipe Fitting Materials - Yuma Area Office Groundwater Conveyances This is a sources sought synopsis for acquisition planning purposes and no formal solicitation exists at this time. All qualified concerns may submit capability statements for consideration. Capability statements received will be reviewed to determine the technical, administrative, management, and financial capability to perform this type of work. The capability statements will be used to determine appropriate procurement strategy, in particular whether a set-aside is warranted or an alternate procurement strategy is warranted. The Bureau of Reclamation, Lower Colorado Region has a requirement to provide pipe fitting materials to improve conveyance structures, to create or replace culverts and siphons at roadway crossings, and to replace earthen canals with pipelines. SEE THE ATTACHED SPECIFICATIONS AND THE COMPLETE LIST OF REQUIRED ITEMS, WHICH ARE COMBINED INTO ONE DOCUMENT. All products are subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulation Clause 52.225-3 - Buy American Act - Free Trade Agreement - Israeli Trade Act. The Government anticipates award of a single firm-fixed-price contract. THIS REQUIREMENT HAS A MANDATORY DELIVERY DATE OF EIGHT (8) WEEKS AFTER AWARD. Responsible firms are welcome to submit a capability statement on or before January 29, 2016 by 5:00 PM, PST. Submittals will be reviewed and considered by Reclamation during the solicitation planning process. Send your capability package via email to Leslie Dieguez, Contract Specialist at ldieguez@usbr.gov. Sources must be able to provide all the listed required items. Your package should include the following information: 1. Capability statement - shall address the equipment listed in the attachment and the offeror's ability to meet the specifications (5 page maximum). 2. Provide your business name, address, point of contact, phone number and email address. 3. Provide your business size & type: 8(a), HubZone, Service Disabled Veteran, Small Business or Large Business. All firms should identify whether or not they are a small business or other than small business. All businesses, regardless of size, capable of providing these items are invited to respond. Any information provided by industry to the Government as a result of this sources sought is voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this sources sought. This notice is designed to locate responsible sources that have an interest, and have the ability to provide the items described herein. The applicable North American Industry Classification (NAIC) code is 326122 - Plastics Pipes and Pipe Fitting Manufacturing and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 Employees.
