- Response to questions/concerns of Draft Solicitation 26 Jan 2016 - Request For Information and Response to Questions from Draft Solicitation: 1) The Government will be updating the solicitation to include an Option for an additional Main Operating Base (MOB) at the 156th Airlift Wing, San Juan, Puerto Rico. The intent of the Option is to allow the Government to request pricing to support 1-6 aircraft at this MOB, in the event the Air National Guard decides to operate from this MOB. The Government would like industry feedback on pricing structure for the support of 1-6 aircraft at the 156th Airlift Wing MOB. Does industry believe it is economically feasible to include quantity ranges for aircraft supported at the 156th Airlift Wing MOB (ex. 1-2, 3-4...1-3, 4-6, etc.)? If so, please provide your recommended quantity ranges and details for this recommendation. Please provide your responses to this Request For Information NLT 1 Feb 16 to joe.starzenski@us.af.mil. 2) Please reference the attached document (DRAFT C-26 Questions and Responses), which is the initial response to the questions/concerns of the Draft Solicitation.
