- FBO SYNOPSIS: CATAPULT WATERBRAKE CYLINDER CHROMING & HENCO COATING SOLICATION NUMBER: N68335-16-T-0079 PMT: N68335-16-P7-622500C-0004 FSC: J017 - MAINT/REPAIR/REBUILD OF EQUIPMENT- AIRCRAFT LAUNCHING, LANDING, AND GROUND HANDLING EQUIPMENT NAICS: 332813 - Electroplating, Plating, Polishing, Anodizing and Coloring - Standard Size 500 Response Date: 15 days Primary Point of Contact Donna Kracinovich Donna.kracinovich@navy.mil Phone: 732-323-1177 Fax: 732-323-2359 Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to procure on a sole source the service of chroming and Henco coating for P/N 622261-1 (C13/2 Universal Waterbrake Cylinder), QTY seven (7) in support of the FRCMA Voyage Repair Team (VRT) located Naval Station in Mayport Florida. The anticipated award will be made to Industrial Marine, Inc (CAGE CODE 1QX62). This acquisition is being pursued under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government does not own current data, technology, or other specifications to permit full and open competition. Unless stated herein, no additional information is available. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responses received within 15 days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses must be received within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice.
