- SYNOPSIS AMENDMENT 0002: N00164-16-R-JQ21 - BINOCULAR NIGHT VISION DEVICE (BNVD) - FSG 58 - NAICS 334511 Anticipated Issue Date: 21 MAR 2016 - Anticipated Closing Date: 05 MAY 2016 - Time 3:00 PM EDT This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov/. FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet. Please feel free to use the FBO site to access information posted by NSWC Crane. AMENDMENT 0002 The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate revised ATTACHMENT 4 - Performance Spec - PS 16 JXQR 142 Rev - Chg 1 - 01.26.2016 Attachment 4, Element 3.3.20 Battery Run Time, Threshold has been revised from 16 hours to 12 hours. All changes that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to the FedBizOpps website. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and / or award.
