The objectives of this Technical Area are to study, develop, support, and enhance innovative concepts where HPEM technology can be used to complement and enhance cyber and electronic warfare concepts. This includes identifying scenarios where HPEM can be used for Cyber/EW, studying single pulse concepts, studying repetitive pulse concepts, developing concepts in the laboratory, and performing small scale demonstrations.
