- Amendment to Justification and Approval for Other than Full and Open Competition Amendment #001 The Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) Product Management Office requests an increase in the ceiling value of contract DAAB07-00-D-E252 with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) through this Justification and Approval (J&A) Amendment. ACC-RI plans to use Firm-Fixed-Price and Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee contract vehicles and the following Fiscal Year 2016 funding types: (1) Army Working Capital Funds (AWCF) and (2) Capital Investment Program, AWCF Operations, Operations and Maintenance Army.
