- This is a Market Survey (Class Code 58) to locate additional sources for the repair of the Control Unit, Communication Systems C-11746 (NSN: 5895-01-454-3555) The current repair facility for these systems is Telephonics Corporation, Cage Code 78711. Detailed technical data for the manufacture or acceptance of these units is not available from the Army. Suppliers capable of repairing these units must so indicate, by writing to Commander, US Army C-E LCMC, ATTN: RDER-PRA-AB, 6007 Combat Drive, 3rd floor, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland 21005. The response must include documentation such as test results, copy of purchase order if the supplier was a vendor to the listed source or a statement from listed source demonstrating that the supplier can, in fact, repair, which will be physically and functionally interchangeable with the units from the previous supplier. The successful repair facility may be required to warrant that the items supplied will satisfactorily perform when used for the purpose intended by the Army. This Market Survey does not obligate the Government to award a contract. No telephone responses will be accepted, only responses in writing will be considered. This Market Survey is for informational purposes only and is not a Request for Proposals.
