Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 1 NE, is seeking a contractor to provide Cancer registry Services. This is a firm-fixed price non-personal services Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with an anticipated period of performance of one (1) Base year with four (4) one year options with as needed task orders per station requirement. The contractor will ensure that all applicable regulations are followed, to include necessary registrations of Cancer Registry accreditation. The applicable NAICS code is 541611 and the size standard is $15 Million. Award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Evaluation factors include: price, technical capabilities, and past performance. The solicitation is a total small business set-aside. The solicitation package will be made available on or about 01/26/2016. All relevant solicitation documents may be accessed for download on the date of the issue at the following website: www.fbo.gov. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely to the website. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued. All interested parties MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database. If you are not registered with SAM, you may access at http://www.sam.gov. Any Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses or Veteran Owned Small Businesses must be certified in Vet Biz. If you are not certified with Vet Biz, you may access at www.VetBiz.gov.
